1. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A valid form of identification is required at check-in.
- Room rates are quoted per night and may vary based on season and availability.
- Group bookings may require advance payment or deposit.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a one-night charge.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain quiet and respectful behavior befitting a retreat center.
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.
- Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements are made.
- The management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these terms.
5. Liability
- St. Joseph Villa Center is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
6. Payment
- We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Full payment is required upon booking confirmation.
- All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
