1. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid form of identification is required at check-in.
  • Room rates are quoted per night and may vary based on season and availability.
  • Group bookings may require advance payment or deposit.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a one-night charge.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain quiet and respectful behavior befitting a retreat center.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.
  • Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements are made.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these terms.

5. Liability

  • St. Joseph Villa Center is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

6. Payment

  • We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • Full payment is required upon booking confirmation.
  • All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
